Are Bananas & Oatmeal Healthy

Is oatmeal really a healthy breakfast? Does it cause weight gain? Or even worse, can regular consumption cause TOXIC health issues?



We've been taught all these years that oatmeal and bananas are a good source of health. Could it be the opposite of what we've believed all these years? Recent studies are finding that regular consumption can be toxic to your body and causes belly fat as well.
