Could Rhematoid Arthritis Be Mental?

What do we mean by mental? Could your mind or mood effect your symptoms?

Being diagnosed with RA very young has taken a toll on my life. However iv'e learn't how to cope with it.

I noticed that eating healthy, exercising and being in a happy mood makes my symptoms become unnoticeable, like the days you feel good and the days you feel bad.

I also noticed that when i have a alcohol drink it relaxes my body and mood.

So why is it that when were feeling down and depressed our symptoms are at a high peak?

COULD THIS BE A HIDDEN LINK TO CURE THE DISEASE BY MENTAL HEALTH?
