Getting Back On Track After Depression
Updated: Mar 17, 2022
Depression plays a major role in the world today. Depression is like an upward hill, sometimes you feel good sometimes you feel bad. It's an emotional roller-coaster. You just have to keep paddling even through the feeling of self-doubts and ups-downs of business. You have to hold on to that feeling you had yesterday or last week when you made a sale or got a new client.
Because..just like that, you become unmotivated and uninspired because you're living in the moment, not each day. Look at your life and your business cycle as a long-term venture that you are riding. Ride it with passion and enthusiasm. Visionaries are pretty good at this because they can continue to do things without knowing what the result will become. Because they've already accepted the journey and whatever comes with it.
Don't allow your negative self to keep you from reaching that major milestone in your life. Many times people tend to give up on their dreams right before their major breakthrough. So, how do I remain motivated on this challenging journey, all while juggling my emotions and feelings at the same time. All while dealing with life itself. Your family, your finances and your health. Stay surrounded with personal development growing resources like a team, group or motivational material. Books and motivational videos can help you juggle your time and emotions. Also doing something to occupy your time to keep your mind from wandering. Think about the small things you could do to grow your business or move it further. Don't look at the entire picture for the moment. The moments will all make since very soon.
