Shiketa started her career as a Police Dispatcher 2003. Shiketa was promoted to Dispatcher II in 2015. 2014 she received "Employee Of The Year Award". Alongside of her career she has taken on many outside projects. Starting her Corporation with her spouse after losing their son to gun violence in 2008 has been her motivation and main focus. Shiketa recently hit "District Leader" in her financial company and has been nominated for who's who by many companies. She plays a major role in her local community by staying involved in the community with the main focus of helping people.
